Me: 26 yr old DoD contractor, 5 yr old child, and one small cat. Quiet, responsible, clean. Active healthy lifestyle, but still chill.
You: 20s-30s stable and cool. Preferably a cat person. Likes to hang out occasionally and have the ability to consume extra baked goods when I make too much. Military or DoD is an added bonus.
The place: Somewhere within a 30 minute commute to JB Andrews. 2-3 bedroom and clean. Rent split averaging about 700-900 a person. My current lease ends mid September.
