I’m looking for a female roommate. I’m clean and to myself, and it would be my teenage daughter with me. I prefer short term, roughly 3 months.

Depending on the situation, it could be longer if it works out for both parties.

I’m currently selling my house in Texas, and have had renters in my own house. So I completely understand everything that goes along with it. I’m easy-going, no pets, clean, & quiet. My daughter is also quiet, pretty much keeps to her self and we would not be having anybody over.
