Hi there! I’m looking to rent a room in the Charlotte area. I’m quiet, clean, and I don’t have many guests. I’m respectful of other people’s spaces/things/privacy/personal choices. I’m friendly, but I also stay mostly to myself, so there should be little to no opportunity for conflict. All bills will be paid on time, and lines of communication will always be open when/if needed!
