Me and my fiancé is looking for a private bedroom, studio apartment or basement to live in with a private bathroom that includes utilities. I am younger and he’s older. I don’t have kids but he does. There will be no children living permanently with us only visits. So 2 bedrooms would be a plus for us for when his child comes to visit but we’ll take whatever we can get. We are very clean and organized. We have no problem paying each month on time! We don’t spend a lot of time home we are out most of the day. We are very chill and stay to ourselves we just want privacy. He has his own lawn care business so he has 2 trucks and I have 1 car so we’ll need space to park 3 vehicles.
