I’m from The Bay Area, where the vibe is more accepting of others and more courteous of other peoples time (my observation anyway). I’m an Air Force Veteran of Operation Allied Force in 1999, trained as a Computer Maintenance Technician with emphasis on troubleshooting/problem solving. I probably can’t spell the word tomorrow without this phone’s help, but could teach a High School Algebra II class right now with little to no help. Just started with Orkin on March 5th, so if you’re renting out a room from a house, free ant and mosquito control this summer! I moved to Orange County in late September 2011 and was genuinely happy and engaged to be married…then the Pandemic happened. Needless to say I lost my job, house, car, and just recently my fiancee. So, I’ll be a very quiet and low-key roomie. I’m a simple man: go to work, come home and rest. Repeat. No partying and no drama. I was raised to respect others and clean up after myself. And I have 1 friend, so no random people hanging around. My office is in Costa Mesa near John Wayne Airport and my Service Routes are in the same general area, and as such Orange, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Mission Viejo…is where I’m living. Not ever going to the beach (any of them!), nor am I interested in paying $3000 a month to rent a closet because of the view. So if you’re hoping I might bite on Bellflower (I don’t even know where that is?), San Clemente, Newport, Dana Point, or Los Angeles (seriously?), I won’t. Again, I’m not from here, so while it may seem like no big deal to you because you know people who do it, then rent to them. I’m pretty easy to get along with, or so I’ve been told, and typically if you’re in a conversation with me for more than 10 minutes you’ll be laughing. I’m a walking sports encyclopedia, and it’s Raiders, Lakers, A’s, Dodgers for me. Not a fan of San Francisco (At all!), and typically the Dodgers are either winning the division or preventing them Giants from winning…that’s where the Dodgers come from for me (was crying and cursing them in 1988). I’m an open book, so ask away if I haven’t mentioned something 😉 😅
