Professional seeking quiet room in Phoenix Biltmore/East valley area. I own a home in another state, and also a nice cabin in Kingman, but work in the Biltmore area. I fly back and forth to the east coast frequently. Quiet home is a must (prefer a single roommate rather than several) as I’ll be studying in the evenings when I’m in town. Non-smoking home only!
