I’m an outgoing, mid-40s professional who recently returned to middle TN for a new employer. I work from home as an account manager, which is done primarily over Zoom. Safety, security, peace and quiet are important to me, as is an off-street parking space :). I am happy to share my photo and LinkedIn profile once we start communicating about fit, etc. My move-in date is flexible. I am interested in a share, as I am very focused on saving money to care for my family out-of-state. My quiet hours are usually 10pm-7am. I enjoy cooking small meals, dropping into an occasional yoga class and taking walks. I also enjoy fancy coffee and wine!
I’m very respectful and considerate (looking for the same in a housemate). I love dogs, exploring new trails (mostly in the fall and spring) and checking out new eateries/restaurants. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy being outdoors when weather permits! I am very responsible, know when to keep to myself and am diligent about cleaning. Looking forward to a great fit here!
