Hello. I’m a single mom of who’s LGBT and cannabis friendly. My son is 5, in daycare full time, and will start kindergarten in the fall.

Now that that’s clear, I’m looking for a homely, comfortable and safe space. A place with no drama and or pettiness. I find direct communication to be the most effective and I would like housemates who are clean, honest and vibe well with parents and children. I’m looking to move as soon as possible, but a timely date would be the end of this month or the beginning of July. If you’re the quiet type, great. If you’re the outgoing type and love conversing with everyone (especially the people you live with) even better. My hobbies include, reading a good book, watching a Marvel movie or taking my son on an adventure (the park, museums, movies etc).
