Hi, you can call me AJ. I work in the healthcare industry (M-F 8-5). I’m currently looking for a room to rent. I’m flexible on location but my wishlist is near Mira Mesa, Tierrasanta, or North Clairemont My budget is $1100 with utilities, and I would like my own bedroom. I have a flexible move-in date.

My friends describe me as “relaxed and nerdy with a dry sense of humor,” and “the best kind of nerd friend.” I spend my free time playing D&D, reading, and enjoying yummy food!

I drink socially but don’t smoke or do drugs. I prefer to live in a tobacco-free environment but I’m cannabis friendly. I do cook but always clean up after myself.
