Recently sold my Manchester NJ home. Reside in Delaware where my wife resides and works. I commute Monday afternoon to NJ and return to DE Thursday afternoon. When I leave Thursday morning @ approx 6am I would not return until Monday anywhere from 1pm - 7pm. My office is in Newark NJ. Very, very rarely spend weekends in NJ. I do not intend to do laundry and occasionally would need use of a kitchen. Preference is to have a private bathroom, furnished room with WIFI. I am super clean and highly organized. Early riser @ 5am and early to bed. I usually do some remote work early am and later afternoon into the evening. Looking for something that would be 10 month minimum, perhaps as long as 18 months.
