Professional Male in my late 20’s. Looking to find a room for rent by April or May I keep my area very tidy. I believe you should always leave something the way it was before you left it. And I am very respectful to others and their belongings. I spend most of my time at my day job which I work sometimes 7 days out of the week. I’ll always have the rent on the first of every month ( or a couple days earlier if you prefer it that way)
