Hello! My name’s Dom! Me and 2 other womxn found a house less than 2 blocks from the lake and less than a 20min walk to the Lake Merritt BART station. We’ve already applied and been approved.

We’re searching for someone to take the last bedroom in the house. It’s a 3bed/2ba. K + N will be taking a room to themselves. The house has several communal/shared spaces. There would be 2 cats and a dog living with us.

We’re all allergy-prone so having clean shared spaces is very important to us. We like to have some nights to hang out as a house, but also value space. Feeling comfortable enough to communicate your needs is the type of space we’re trying to create!
