Hi! I am seeking a private bedroom/bathroom. I am a very pleasant and quiet older woman. Steady monthly income. I also have been pet sitting, outside of the home for 18 yrs and have worked in veterinary clinics for 16 yrs. I am having a difficult time finding a place because I have animals and will not leave them behind. I have 2 felines that are fixed, not destructive, clean and spend all day on their cat condo, and are afraid of people so you would never see them. Also have a small dog, a shi tzu, she is fixed, non shed and very quiet . Enjoy the outdoors, gardening, beach, biking, grilling a good steak, shooting pool, softball and volley ball on the beach and love to fish. Once you get to know me, you will see I am pleasant to be around. A lot of people will not rent to people with animals due to different reasons, cat allergies is understandable, or a previous tenant had an animal that was not well behaved which has ruined it for the ones, like me and others that have well behaved animals.
I have a letter of reference from my previous roommate of 6 1/5 yrs. He was Air Force and had to transfer. I am seeking long term Thank you Carol
