I’m a quiet, clean and considerate person. I’m a single mom, and my 5 month old son Sam is the love of my life. We need a nice, safe home while we transition into a new place of our own. This would be 6 months to a year, but if we’re really comfortable there wouldn’t be a rush to move and could be longer. Ideally, I see us moving to another state.

My home routine is pretty simple, morning coffee, feeding Sam, getting us ready for the day. When I’m not working, we’re often out running errands or for appointments during the day. After I get Sam to bed, an evening shower is one of the more relaxing parts of my day and it’s easy to do laundry at this time as well, although if there is an appliance schedule I can work around it. I don’t cook a ton but enjoy it when I can. The same goes for tv and movies.

In earlier years, some of my hobbies included songwriting and performing (I play guitar), fitness and health, and painting. These are all things I still enjoy but don’t do as often now.

My cat Po is 10 and indoor only, he loves to sit in windows watching the birds. I grew up with dogs and have worked some with horses, and love animals of all kinds (with the exception of spiders and snakes).

You’ll find me available and open, easy going should you ever need or want to talk. My door is open, so to speak!

We hope to find our room in a good neighborhood and family friendly home between now and mid May. Good parking is a must, as I have my hands full most always. I’m happy to submit a background and credit check when we get to that point.
