I’m very friendly and get along with almost everyone. I would be down to have either just a roommate relationship or if we turn out friends that’s awesome. I do have 1 cat his names is Loki and he’s my baby, he’s fixed and up to date on vaccinations. Ofc I’m biased but my current roommate agrees that he’s the best cat ever. Would have to be okay with smoking. No cigarettes just a vape and I do smoke weed in the house just not that often and if I do by the window. The house never smells like it. Open to having someone move in and replace my current roommate or to go look at places together.
