Bearded scruffy quiet guy here, and I work away from home. I’d like to “team-up” and split rent on a house with only 1 other person or maybe 2 others if the house is larger.
A 2 person split on a 1200sq ft~ house might be around $1600 each.
A 3 person split on a larger 2100 Sq ft~ could be about $1400 each.
I’d like to live in a house without smoking, vaping, Cannabis or illegal drugs. I’m also not comfortable living under the same roof with a homosexual guy.
