It’s me and my friend currently we live in Fort Worth Tx but we are trying to move to Austin by the end of may or early June I’m an electronic (wearhouse / techno) Dj and my friend makes beats. We want someone secure w money( must have money ready 2 go) , non-problematic (no alcoholics or hardcore drug users) , young , and just overall friendly also no one dirty. We don’t want a dirty home. We both have decent credit and one of us has renters credit not much tho. Planning on something 7-8 hundred a month After splitting 3 ways. We want a house(4 bedroom 3 bed spaces 1 studio room) but if we can’t get a 3rd roommate soon to make it easier we might settle for an apartment :(
