I am a VERY clean, responsible and single woman. Keep to myself and also a VERY good cook! I do work at a seafood restaurant in the area!!!My RENT IS MOST IMPORTANT bill to me, where you lay your head means everything! So the disability I also receive monthly guarantees my rent EVERY MONTH and then some, which is ALWAYS ON TIME. Landlord references are completely available as well as currant roommate references! I’m also very easy to get along with, your business is yours!!! But not opposed to socialize with whom I live with if they care to do so as well🙂
