Hello! I am 41 and I’m looking for a bedroom and bath in Kyle, Buda, or south Austin or areas of Austin that takes no longer than 30-35 minutes to get to Texas state SM where I’m a graduate student. I am a non-smoker, only drink on occasion, and do not do drugs. I am a Christian and it is a big part of my life. I love outdoor activities! I also love trying new places to eat, listening to outdoor concerts, hanging out in common areas, but do like my alone time because grad school is quite demanding. Can easily pass a criminal background check or drug test or any other test you would like to provide. Quiet, respectful, friendly, and very clean. I respect others privacy, space, and home. I help out around the house because of the graciousness of allowing me to live there. The only people I don’t get along with are those who are mean, disrespectful, and are generally just unhappy with themselves so they take it out on others. I do not like drama at all. I also value communication. I think it helps rooming with others exponentially more pleasant. I draw, complex coloring, and getting lost in a Netflix series or a movie/documentary. I love Ozark, Bosch, Schitts creek and so much more. . I do have some dry humor, some cheesy humor, and use sarcasm.
