Hello everyone! I’m looking to move to NYC within the month. I am currently WFH and I am starting classes online during the summer with Harvard. I lived abroad in London and Europe for about 4 years. I decided to move to NY since I work and often collaborate on projects with the UN. It’s cheaper than flying in a couple of times a year and making my bank account cry. I will be moving from Miami. I’m hoping to rent a studio or 1 bedroom within my budget of $1300. If not, I am happy to share with roomies! If that’s the case then my budget will be $1050 and I feel comfortable in a place with 1 bath for every 2 bedrooms.
