I am looking for a room with roomies who are LGBTQ-friendly and possibly dog friendly. I do not have sleepovers, smoke, party, drink, participate In drugs overall. I do respond late, and I apologize in advance. I check here as often as I can.

I am a Regional Field Director for a Nonprofit Voter Registration campaign. I have an outgoing personality but like to keep to myself. I usually work or study, so I don’t have much free time and will always clean up after myself to not burden others. I have no preference for my roommate either; I can provide my necessities (Given) and rent money every month. I also have two 6-month-old dogs, and a 5-year-old dog house trained, neutered, and chipped. If you prefer no animals, that is also fine. I can provide accommodation for my dogs elsewhere. I work mainly evenings and late nights, so I sleep in the morning. Also, have no preference for furnished or unfurnished bedrooms and can help out with cleaning, babysitting, cooking, etc., if needed. I am a child of 7 with many nieces and nephews.

I don’t have a time length on how long I’m looking to stay. But I have lived on my own previously and can provide proof of income, vaccination status, and background checks. I can not provide credit history, for I do not have any. I have $600 rent in my bio, but it is negotiable. I own a small car and would prefer a parking space; thank you!
