About me……I enjoy a peaceful way of living, have a big soft spot in my heart for people, pets and good-hearted souls. I do have a female bird, who does do a little talking and quite a bit of laughing! She is a 24-yr-old African Grey Congo named Bella. She’s smaller than a pigeon (…..don’t dare tell her that!….) I am retired, have two children, and two grandsons 4 & 8. My children are grown and ‘may’ come by for a visit and/or holidays. And, just to add, I am “not” uptight about having a roomie who enjoys their family and friends as well. I find it’s greatly fun, as well as important to spend time with family and to have great friends who you can take a “time out” with. I do not smoke, drink, or do drugs. In lieu of that, cooking and baking are a favorite of mine. (…also enjoy photography as well as making craft type things too). I am preferably seeking a female roommate, but, will consider someone clean, employed, No drama, personable and outgoing, but not ‘wild’ or bringing strangers overnight. I’d strongly say, I am a really responsible woman and I fully respect my own privacy, as well as others. Though, I do believe I’d like to get to know a new roomie and become friends as well. I enjoy laughing regularly, on a daily basis, and living life on a more positive and upbeat sense. You will see how much of a home-body I really am, though I am usually game for a last-minute change in plans for a night out, or a day trip or beach trip, away from home.
