🐣 Hello! Searching for a room in South Austin / Manchaca / Buda, with a secure backyard for my sweet little house-trained, hypoallergenic dog. 🤍

📆 Prefer month-to-month but do plan on staying long-term. 👫 Down to live with 1-4 adults and would like to meet everyone first. I prefer my own bathroom but can share with 1 other. 🐾 Allergic to cats, but would be happy to live with other well-behaved dogs who get along with mine. 🚭 No cigarettes inside the house please. 🩹 I’m vaccinated if you’d like to know. ✔️ Can provide a reference from a recent landlord if needed. Credit and background checks will be good. 💸 Budget is ~$550-850 all bills included. 📦 Move-in date is flexible but need it to be before the summer.

🧝‍♀️ About Me: I’m 28 and have a full-time professional job with a M-F schedule. My favorite activities are watching movies, yoga, roller-skating, nature walks + photography, dancing at concerts, and rock climbing. I listen to electronic and rock/indie music mainly and am not a big fan of country, rap, and pop music. 420 and soft psychedelic friendly.

🏡 As a Housemate: I cook regularly (vegan). I’m pretty good with chores, typically washing my dishes after I use them, cleaning floors multiple times a month, avoiding clutter, etc. I need a good bit of alone time, but I enjoy keeping up with people, celebrating special occasions, potlucks, etc. I’m looking for friendly, sincere, considerate, responsible people to live with.
