25 year old part time student and Full Time Store Manager relocating to open a store on Abbott Kinney BLVD. I am looking for a room to rent beginning mid June or July 1st. Non-smoker, single, no drama. 420 friendly. Looking for some reliable roommates and a clean and mellow room with like minded individuals. I work a lot, part time taking online college classes, and enjoy being outside and active. Originally from San Diego looking for my first spot in LA.
