Hello! My name is Jason Williams, and I am texting to inquire about the room for rent at Longmont Estates listed on Craigslist… hopefully, it’s still available? I am 45 years old, single and professional. I work as a Materials Handler/Forklift Driver for Medtronic in Gunbarrel, and I make about 2500 a month, have adult children, and hopefully will be getting a blue nose Pitt bull puppy (not ready to be sold until March 1… totally training him to be a sweetheart!). I am also a musician and rapper with a 24 track studio. I currently rent a room in Longmont, managed by a NowPresent homes ($825/month), and have lived here since August 1, 2020. Before that, I lived with my ex wife in Henderson for 6 years (we are still great friends). I’m looking to move because pet restrictions are not ideal (pets can’t roam the main house areas and must stay in my room when I’m not home). That will be during the puppy stage, but cooping a dog up is mean!
About me: I’m a sweetheart, all my friends best friend. very outgoing and kind, hold 3 college degrees (AA in Culinary Arts, BAS in Community Development, and a BS in Aviation Engineering). I was working as a Sous Chef, but Covid has really hurt the Restaurant industry, so I made a switch.
I have 4 kids (2 born-son Jaylen, 23 and daughter Eryn, 20; and 2 adopted-son Jordan, 25 and daughter Jordon (I know right? Lol), 24.) Jaylen would be the one that would come stay at home, but he is a hoop player at U of Pittsburgh-Greensburg, so only on breaks.
I am not a picky eater, and maintain financially, paying my sons rent at college. My credit is not the best, but it was really worse before I paid many debts in the last year, raising my score from 450 to 560. But my bill payment and employment history is damn solid! Hopefully, that will help my chances…. 😊
