Hey! My name is Jöz, and my pronouns are they/them C:

I’m your convenient science major in the making and I’m looking for an apartment to live in for a good while (about 2 years to be exact). I’m outgoing, respectful, and pretty tidy when it comes to my persona and personal space. I’m 25 years old and will be a Junior in college by the time Fall 2022 begins. I’m hoping to find an APARTMENT or a ROOM to rent/lease before the end of August. I am looking to share a drama free environment while we keep it chill and we mind our own bizz, y’know what i’m sayin’, you do you and I do me. Where we know we can communicate, have a good time, and trust the house won’t be burnt down or be falling apart lol. I like my environment to be clean and organized. Not falling on clothes in the living room or finding forgotten dirty dishes on the sink after a long weekend (yes, that has happened to me before . _. )

If you’re also a student and get the gig pls hit me up! It’s nice to study with someone when that brain block kicks in. My partner comes down to visit every other weekend too since they live 2+hrs away and are doing research. I mostly stay busy. Some weeks I will be at home hyper-focusing on a project, but some others I will be MIA at my partner’s, but alive, and will come back eventually. So don’t worry lol. Btw, I would prefer rooming with girls, N.B’s, and/or my alphabet mafia people if possible. If we vibe on the messages we should meet up to also see if we are roommate material!
