I am a 45 year old male, native to the bay area who is interested in finding a nice quit place to call home. I work in the Richmond and have pretty crazy irregular some days and with the gym after work I will be gone most of the day. My nights and weekends will mostly be spent doing homework (I am studying for my Bachelors in AOD counseling at Grand Canyon University) and relaxing. I would utilize the kitchen for dinners, and meal prep on the weekends plus I would need to utilize the wash machine and dryer, other than that most of my time at home will be spent in my room. I am friendly, easy going, and very easy to get along with. Also, I am very neat, and always clean up after myself. I am looking for a laid back, quit roommate who is respectful of my privacy. I have been COVID vaccinated, and follow any and all safety policies when it come to the virus.
