My name is Dez, I’m 33 working professional in ABA as a state licensed BehavioralTechnician. I currently reside in hilltop area of Tacoma and looking for a change. My working schedule is typically 9am-7pm Mon-Friday. I’m also returning to school to complete my BA in Psychology & Master’s in ABA program through an online course. Im ideally looking for a place to call temporary home for the next 2-4yrs or duration of schooling. I keep to myself and obsess over cleanliness and order striving to maintain tidy spaces. Outside of work I tend to rest and relax at home with hobbies or catching up on shows. Most times I’ll be out for hiking, gym, music and art events. I like to pay three days ahead of time or option to pay 2-3months in advance and prefer the use of zelle. I do have a pet, hes a 3lb rabbit, litterbox trained and I have an enclosure, crate and traveling box for him. I use faux carpeted/floor puzzle tiles to line any space he is in. He makes little noise aside from hopping on boxes and I always keep him in crate or designated enclosed area when I’m away at work, keeping door to room closed as well. I keep all hay or alternative grasses in a sealed storage box. I’m looking to potentially move out towards the end of May. I’d be more than happy to answer any other questions if more info is needed for consideration. I’m available most weekends and Monday mornings.
